The apartment is a spacious ground floor dwelling of 50m2, with its own exotic garden and terraces. The guests of the apartment can also use the villa’s communual gardens and swimming pool (only shared with the villa’s owners).
The apartment is composed of a living and dining area, kitchen, walk in dressing room with safe, and a bedroom area with italian walk in shower, wash basin and toilet., The kitchen is equipped with microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine and dish washer. The lounge has wide screen tv with canal +, satelite TV channels and free wifi. The bay windows give onto a private exotic garden and terrace (private to the annex).

The property is home to designer and artist Ralph Hutchings and his family, he has given his own style of contemporary design to the building and developed the gardens through his love for the exotic and mediterranean flora of the French and Italian Rivieras. The villa overlooks the valley of flowers (where the cut flower industry began)
The property is quiet and peaceful and benefits from the sun all day round until the beautiful sunsets on the facing hillsides to the west. The grounds are composed of gardens with several themes... exotic, mediteranean, cacti, herbs and citrus.
The property is ideally situated, only 5 mins from Nice international airport and the sea front. Only half an hour from Monaco, Cannes and Nice as well as towns of interest such as St Paul de Vence and Grasse, and only minutes away from the Rivieras most beautiful and sought after shopping mals - Cap 3000 and Polygone Riviera.
